PRESENT POSITION Owner and Operator of Bramlett Realty Owner and Operator of Bramlett School of Real Estate Independent Fee Appraiser & AQB Certified USPAP Instructor DUTIES Include: Conducting day to day Real Estate Brokerage transactions (i.e, sales, exchanges, listing of real estate, consulting and rental contracts). Answering questions on a national basis of individual members of NAMA and the Professional Certification Board for Manufactured Housing Specialist. Lecturing throughout the country on Real Estate Appraisal. Overseeing the NAMA. USPAP Review Committee Activities when changes proposed by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation are disseminated to various working committees for comment. Day to day Real Estate appraisal practice in the Middle Georgia area. APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE Twenty five years plus experience in appraisal and review appraisal of Single Family and Multi-Family Residential, Vacant Land, Sites, and Commercial Property, twenty years plus experience in aiding Lenders, Principals in their purchasing decisions, and aiding Agents and Brokers in marketing properties.
